Sunday was the most gorgeous day here in Atlanta.  My beautiful friends and I had a delightful picnic in Piedmont Park filled with sandwiches with gouda cheese (so good), brownies, and the most insane variety of wine and champagne.  The day couldn’t have been better.

I made bite-sized strawberry caprese salads.  I hate tomatoes so I thought I would replace them with strawberries.  I think they were somewhat of a success and definitely an easy picnic food.
