What’s Cooking: October Edition

October was a busy month and I can’t believe it’s pretty much over! In case you’d like to see what’s been cooking over on my Nooga column, I got you covered!

Above, ingredients for the most delicious soup ever – spicy sausage kale and potato soup. This soup is absolutely perfection for fall.

Lemon and garlic baked chicken

Oh my goodness.  I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve made this and I love hearing from my Instagram friends that they’ve also tried this chicken since I’ve written about it! It’s easy and ridiculously delicious.

I also shared a few tips for a less stressful cooking experience.  With the holidays coming (very quickly) we all need a little reassurance that cooking can be stress free.

Salted brown butter Rice Krispies treats

I think this may be my favorite column this month.  Obviously making Rice Krispies treats are really easy but just adding a couple of extra ingredients can really elevate a basic recipe to something really yummy!

Brown sugar baked wings

Talk about easy. Pop these in the oven and call it a day.

Be sure to check Nooga.com every Wednesday for a new column!
